- Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be considered in cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services after reasonable revisions and communication. However, refunds are not available once the final product has been delivered or after the work has been started.
2. Digital Products and Software
We do not offer refunds for any digital products, such as templates, themes, or other downloadable items, as they are considered non-refundable once purchased. This applies to all digital products purchased via www.pixelpro.lk.
3. Custom Orders
For custom orders or tailored services, refunds are provided based on the following criteria:
- Partial Refunds: If work has been started but is not completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the stage of completion. The amount refunded will be determined based on the work completed at the time of the refund request.
- No Refunds after Completion: Once the custom project has been completed, delivered, and approved, no refunds will be provided.

Please note that payment processing fees (charged by third-party providers like PayHere) are non-refundable. These fees are not controlled by us and will not be reimbursed in the event of a refund.
